Job Title: Commercial Account Executive
Location: Oxfordshire - Hybrid
Salary: £45K-£65K + Uncapped Commission

What you’ll be doing
* Driving new business across a wide range of commercial insurance risks
* Building and growing your own client portfolio through proactive business development
* Designing tailored insurance solutions that deliver genuine value to clients
* Representing the business at prospect meetings, networking events, and industry forums
* Collaborating closely with a supportive, knowledgeable team
* Playing a key part in delivering ambitious growth targets
What you’ll need
* A proven track record in commercial insurance sales or new business development
* Strong technical knowledge across key commercial insurance classes
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
* A proactive, entrepreneurial approach with genuine drive to succeed
* The confidence to work autonomously within a close, collaborative environment
