Your responsibilities: * Oversee the provision for students with SEND, ensuring full compliance with statutory guidance. * Manage a team of support staff, TAs, and external agencies. * Maintain accurate, up-to-date EHCPs and SEND records. * Lead annual reviews, access arrangements, and intervention planning. * Provide staff training and guidance on inclusive classroom strategies. * Serve as a key link between students, parents, staff, and external partners.
