What You Can Expect
Responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service to internal and external Customers. This role involves direct communication via telephone and email, and interaction with SAP, Salesforce.com, booking app, and MyMediset system for bookings, invoicing, replenishments, order queries/deliveries, etc.
How You'll Create Impact
* Communicate effectively with Customers via telephone and email.
* Understand Zimmer Biomet products and services, applying empathy to customer interactions.
* Create, release, and amend loan bookings using 'My Mediset' software and booking app.
* Provide usage and KPI reports as required.
* Follow up proactively on back orders.
* Initiate system queries for invoicing and crediting customers.
* Work towards KPIs, ensuring high customer experience by answering calls promptly.
* Monitor queues within Salesforce for timely request completion.
* Provide product price and delivery information.
* Arrange collections and maintain orders on customer portals.
* Support patient-matched and customer-made cement orders.
* Produce customer feedback reports.
* Engage with a diverse team in an open-plan environment.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Experience Supervisor/Manager.

Your Background
