About the Role: As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a strategic and hands-on role in overseeing all commercial aspects of the project. You'll lead a team of Quantity Surveyors and work closely with project directors, delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure commercial success across key packages. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Senior Quantity Surveyor across multiple civil engineering packages. Provide expert commercial guidance on procurement, cost control, subcontractor management, and contract administration. Oversee cost forecasting, risk management, and value engineering initiatives. Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and manage any disputes or claims. Work collaboratively with internal teams and client representatives to ensure project targets are met.Requirements: Substantial experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor Strong civil engineering background across water and energy. Proven team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
