As HR Business Partner, you will support the UK & Ireland Commercial leadership team in talent management, performance management, employee and leadership development, employee relations, change management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. You will also help develop and implement HR priorities aligned with global HR centers of excellence and organizational goals.
Responsibilities include:
* Consulting with leaders in designated client groups within the UK and Europe, focusing on the Commercial sector.
* Employing change management strategies to facilitate business transformation.
* Supporting organizational change and design by collaborating with senior management and HRBPs.
* Partnering across HR functions to deliver value-added services aligned with business objectives.
* Working with Talent & Organizational Capability COE to improve engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
* Managing TUPE projects as needed, including coordination with other departments and HR leadership.
* Leading annual talent management, succession planning, performance management, and compensation processes.
* Collaborating with Talent Acquisition on recruitment activities.
* Resolving complex employee relations issues and conducting investigations.
* Leading HR or business-driven projects related to organizational change, culture, rewards, or effectiveness.
* Providing coaching and counseling to employees and management on sensitive issues.
Qualifications:
* Senior HR experience in a business-facing role, including talent management and employee relations.
* Change management and organizational development expertise.
* Available for a 12-month contract commitment.
