Role Description This position involves working in a structured manufacturing environment where consistency and precision are key. As an operator, you will be responsible for running machinery, supporting process efficiency, and ensuring that safety and quality standards are maintained throughout your shift. You'll participate in shift transitions, learn new procedures, and contribute to team performance. Accuracy is essential, and all tasks must be completed according to internal protocols.
Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and label UK and export shipments accurately, reporting any unacceptable items.
Prepare, collate, and load shipments, ensuring all paperwork is completed.
Operate trained equipment and systems, reporting defects and maintaining accurate records.
Maintain stock of consumables and comply with all security, safety, environmental, and quality policies.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform other reasonable duties as required. Profile
Minimum of 4 Standard Grades or equivalent, preferably in Maths and Science
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Basic numerical skills and ability to follow instructions
Good communication skills in English
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred

Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Shift pattern: Early shift 06:00-14:30, late shift 13:30-22:00
