Job Description
3. Receipt and analysis of customer orders and forecasts for existing products and launch products;
4. Creation of a realistic and fluid production plan taking into account business constraints;
5. Extensive liaison with internal departments and external parties ensuring clear communication and effective execution of the role;
6. Monitoring and measurement of On Time In Full results to ensure agreed objectives are met;
7. Completion of daily and monthly reporting.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Production Planner should have:
8. Experience within the FMCG industry or similar Manufacturing environment.
9. Intermediate Excel, Outlook and ERP software (Sage X3 preferred) skills.
10. Experience of working in a cosmetics or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is highly desirable
11. Understanding of supply chain and associated lead times.
12. Ability to communicate appropriately and confidently with external and internal stakeholders at all levels via both telephone and face-to-face.
13. Ability to work under pressure to achieve tight deadlines and highly organised.
