Responsibilities
* Plan, develop, and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) for each student according to their specific needs.
* Employ a variety of educational techniques (e.g., visual, auditory, physical) to teach students who have learning, physical, or emotional difficulties.
* Assess students’ abilities and craft teaching plans that cater to their individual needs.
* Engage with parents/guardians to inform them of their child\u2019s progress and suggest techniques to promote learning at home.
* Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of students.
* Foster a nurturing and supportive learning environment that encourages student growth and development.
Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Proven experience as an SEN Teacher or similar role.
* Deep understanding of the challenges faced by children with special educational needs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to create and implement effective teaching strategies.
* Patience, creativity, and flexibility.
