Morson are currently working with an award-winning Leeds based organisation who are looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join the HR team. This is a full time position (8:30am – 5:30pm) on a permanent basis offering a salary between £30,000 - £32,000. This role is based out of the Leeds City Centre office working with a close-knit supportive HR team. The Role: Manage an ER caseload of typically 20-40 case at any one time Escalate any complex cases to the ER Manager Support across all ER issues including absence, disciplinary and grievance Support a range of stakeholders varying in levels Support on a range of HR projects including any TUPE processes Train and upskill managers to manage low level HR issues locally Requirements: Experience of managing a range of ER issues CIPD qualified – however funding can be provided if not qualified already A strong work ethic and ability to prioritise Excellent communication skills...
