Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a qualified Vehicle Technician at our workshop in Dursley. In this role, you will undertake everything from precision routine servicing to complex mechanical repairs and advanced fault-finding. You won't just be doing basic upkeep; you will be utilizing modern diagnostic tools to solve complex issues in a collaborative, organized, and forward-thinking team environment. We ensure all work meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency, while giving you the autonomy to take pride in your craft.
Qualifications
* Technical Expertise: Proven experience in comprehensive vehicle maintenance, advanced mechanical repairs, and precision servicing.
* Diagnostic Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with experience diagnosing complex electrical and mechanical faults (experience with premium/German brand diagnostic software is a major advantage).
* Industry Credentials: Relevant qualifications or certifications in automotive technology (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience).
* Quality Standard: A sharp attention to detail and a commitment to clean, correct, and safe workmanship.
* Team Player: Effective communication skills and a desire to work within a supportive, respectful, and motivated team.
* Driving License: A full, clean UK driving license is required.
