Do you have experience influencing at senior levels and driving cultural change across a diverse workforce?
If so, this could be the opportunity for you…
An exciting position has arisen for a Head of Health & Safety to join one of the busiest ports and a critical gateway for trade, tourism and logistics. * You’ll work across one of the widest and most diverse risk profiles in the UK, including engineering, maritime, infrastructure, logistics, and operations.
* The Port is entering an exciting period of transformation, with a strong leadership commitment to evolving culture, structure, and safety performance.
* You’ll have the chance to make a genuine, long-term impact through upcoming strategic initiatives such as safety culture programmes, behavioural workshops, and a comprehensive safety improvement roadmap.

* Have experience developing and delivering safety culture and behavioural change programmes.
* Be comfortable operating autonomously, setting strategic direction, and supporting a growing Health & Safety team.
