Taskmaster Resources LTD are currently looking for an Experienced Administration Assistant for a busy distributor based in WF12, Dewsbury. Temporary to Permanent position for the right candidate. Annual Salary - £25,000 - £26,000 ( Based on Experience) Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Friday: 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM Experience is required for this role and will need to understand SAGE 50. Key Responsibilities Posting invoices: Ensure invoices are accurately posted for timely processing and payment. Customer service: Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and in-person communications. Liaising with courier companies: Communicate with delivery services to guarantee accurate details on lead times. Processing sales orders: Manage the full lifecycle of sales orders, from receipt to dispatch. Required Qualifications and Skills Were looking for someone with the following qualifications and attributes: Proficient in Sage 50 Accounts or Similar Software: Familiarity with accounting systems like Sage 50 is highly desirable, but on-the-job training can be provided. Strong cognitive skills: Demonstrated ability to solve problems, think critically, and multitask effectively.
