<p>Alexander Lloyd are proud to be partnering with an award-winning multi-site market leading organisation to help recruit a Part Time Payroll Manager</p><p>This is a standalone position reporting into the Finance Director with a dotted line into HR. 3 days PW (Only one day in the office)</p><p>You will lead and have full autonomy for the businesses UK payroll function. 250 + employees</p><p>Duties will include</p><ul><li>Manage end-to-end monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness</li><li>Review payroll inputs and outputs, validating data before submission</li><li>Liaise with our outsourced provider to process payroll effectively</li><li>Oversee payroll reconciliations and resolve discrepancies proactively</li><li>Manage BACS submission and pay slip distribution</li><li>P11Ds and benefits reporting</li><li>PAYE and National Insurance obligations</li><li>PAYE Settlement Agreements (PSAs)</li><li>Year-end processes (P60s, Class 1A NICs)</li><li>Manage pension calculations and submissions</li><li>Oversee benefits administration, including private medical insurance and salary sacrifice schemes</li><li>Ensure accurate Benefits in Kind (BIK) reporting</li><li>Act as the key point of contact between Finance, HR, and external providers</li><li>Monitor and challenge outsourced provider service delivery and accuracy</li></ul><p>You will have the following skill set</p><ul><li>Hit the ground running experienced payroll professional who has worked within 200 + employee businesses</li><li>Strong knowledge of HMRC regulations and payroll compliance</li><li>Experience working with outsourced payroll providers</li><li>Solid understanding of payroll controls, reconciliations, and risk management</li><li>Experience managing pensions and benefits in payroll</li></ul>
