If youre looking for an easy ride and youre a little shy, this probably isnt the right fit.</p><b>Key responsibilities:</b><ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within your assigned territory, and help us become their go-to recruitment partner</li><li>Manage a strong and active social network presence</li><li>Coach candidates on how to ready themselves to move through the career hunting process and beyond</li><li>Find excellent candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, our CRM, and referrals</li><li>Communicate with current clients to find and work on active/open jobs
