The Role & Responsibilities
Working in our modern Exeter workshop, you will be responsible for:
* Advanced Diagnostics: Using modern systems for troubleshooting and complex fault-finding.
* Specialist Repairs: Maintenance on premium, performance, and everyday vehicles.
* Servicing & MOTs: Delivering routine maintenance to exacting quality and safety standards.
* Customer Interaction: Explaining faults and repair options clearly to our loyal clients.
* Team Collaboration: Supporting a close-knit team during an exciting period of growth.
About You
* Qualified: NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Repair.
* Experienced: You can hit the ground running in a busy, high-volume environment.
* Skillset: Strong diagnostic ability (Mercedes experience is a significant advantage).
* Mindset: High attention to detail and a proactive, professional attitude.
* License: A full UK Driving Licence is essential.
