About the Role
As Senior Account Manager Lead, you’ll be the primary contact for a portfolio of national retail partners. You’ll manage relationships, drive lending growth, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You’ll also mentor a small team when needed and work cross‑functionally to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow relationships with national retail partners.
* Deliver agreed targets for lending volume, profitability, and risk management.
* Use data insights to inform product and pricing decisions.
* Ensure compliance with FCA and other regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate across teams to exceed retailer expectations.
* Lead by example, promoting proactive account management and STB core values.
About You
* Experienced in national account management within retail finance.
* Skilled at building relationships at all levels, including board level.
* Commercially savvy, customer‑focused, and resilient in a target‑driven environment.
* Knowledgeable about FCA compliance and consumer finance regulations.
* A confident communicator with strong presentation and influencing skills.
* Comfortable working field‑based with a valid driving licence.
