The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
1. Proficient in partner management, with an ability for nurturing relationships at every level of the organization.
2. Consistently successful in coordinating, sourcing, and delivering training programs sought at developing technical or digital skills.
3. Skilled in quickly building trust and adapting personal approach to connect with diverse individuals and navigate various situations within the organization.
4. Proven track record of optimally managing conflicting priorities, partner and colleague expectations, while encouraging positive relationships.
5. Familiarity with Salesforce and a readiness to gain proficiency in additional platforms as needed.
6. Bringing a consultancy approach to the table, ensuring the identification, design, and delivery of tailored solutions under project management governance.
7. Experienced in user-led experience design, promoting and sustaining behavioral change. A reliable teammate committed to supporting peers and the broader function, including stepping in for the Training Lead when required.
8. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering training packages across multiple projects and workstreams using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
