Hi we are hiring for Sr. Sales Manager ( for a leading pharmaceutical consumable supplier)
Key Responsibilities :
Own the national sales strategy – Develop and execute revenue-focused sales plans aligned with business growth targets.
* Drive new business & key account growth – Leverage an extensive network to win orders from formulation manufacturers, API suppliers, CDMOs, and marketing companies.
* Close deals & ensure collections – Secure orders and ensure timely payment realisation.
* Relationship management at CXO level – Maintain strong connects with Purchase, Marketing, and Top Management teams at India's largest pharma companies.
* Market intelligence – Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer needs to stay ahead.
• Industry representation – Lead company presence at top trade shows & events like CPHI India, iPHEX, PharmaLytica.
Preferred Background
• Education: MBA in Marketing / B.Tech / M.Pharma
* Experience: 10+ years in B2B sales to the Indian Pharma industry, with at least 3–5 years in a senior Sales/Head of Sales/DGM role.
* Proven sales track record in Pharma Excipients, APIs, Packaging, or Nutraceutical ingredients.
* Strong understanding of procurement cycles, technical sales, and value selling in pharma.
