Expedient collation of all relevant information and material, resolving all issues prior to release of kit. Accurate stock and transaction control demonstrated through out the year. Key Accountabilities - To ensure all salvageable items are collated efficiently through the salvage activity through close liaison with the upstream personnel - To ensure all serviceable items are collated accurately and stored efficiently within the DC centre. To ensure scrap storage and disposal is coordinated effectively. - To ensure all sales / production float items are managed through collation to allocation and ultimate donor return. - To ensure all conformity requirements are satisfied when transferring parts between kits prior to onward release. - To ensure timely dispersal of bush parts to meet the flow of parent detail within the finishing area. - To ensure all necessary traceability information is provided for each lifed item. - Effective management of new spares & production float stocks (to include; receipts, returns, repair makes, booking in / 1 in 20 check). - To ensure accurate stock levels through effective booking / loading, checking / cycle counts error file management and confirmed picking activity. - Accurate record maintenance through efficient scanning, data transfer and system maintenance (new spares & sales / production float). - Collection of parts from local suppliers and storage facilities. - Efficient management of picking process (to include; pick list, urgent pick list, generation of GRN and picking system data imports) for new spares and sales / production float. Candidate skills & requirements What you'll need: - Demonstrable IT skills. - Excellent attention to detail. - Effective communication skills throughout all levels of the value stream structure with appropriate interpersonal skills. - A thorough understanding of applicable systems, procedures and regulatory compliances (training provided where necessary) - Demonstrated effective organisation and planning skills with the ability to manage personal workloads.
