What You’ll Be Doing
Overseeing daily workshop activity to ensure jobs are completed on time and to specificationAllocating work to technicians based on skills, workload, and prioritiesMonitoring progress, quality, and productivity, resolving any issues that ariseLiaising with parts, customer service, and VDA teams to maintain a smooth repair processPromoting a safe, compliant, and well-organised working environment
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a workshop controller, senior technician, or similar role within the accident repair industryStrong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a teamSolid understanding of repair processes and bodyshop operationsExcellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressureA commitment to integrity, teamwork, and delivering work of the highest quality
