Your new role
As the UK Media Relations Manager, you’ll be the key contact between the business & the UK media to ensure thepany is well represented in relevant publications. You’ll be responsible for developing PR campaigns & coordinating the media relations program.
This will include developing relations with industry trade press, proactively sourcing media opportunities, crisisms, working withpany spokespersons on key topics, & more. You’ll report into the Global Head of Relations & work closely with senior leaders, the UKms team, & group.
This interim role is expected to last for 12 months & is London-based. In-office for the first 3 months & then hybrid working.
What you’ll need to succeed
1. Similar experience within the asset management (preferable) or wider financial services industry (essential)
2. Knowledge and contacts within industry trade press & broader media outlets. Established press relationships would be highly advantageous
3. Experience coordinating PR activities across multiple locations (especially USA & APAC)
What you’ll get in return
