The Role – What to Expect
As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you’ll be a key part of the classroom team, helping pupils learn, grow, and feel supported.
* Supporting the class teacher in delivering lessons
* Running small group or one-to-one interventions
* Helping children with additional needs access learning
* Preparing resources and supporting classroom organisation
* Promoting positive behaviour and pupil engagement
* Nurturing pupils’ emotional wellbeing and social skills
What We’re Looking For
* Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Experience working in a UK school setting (EYFS, KS1, or KS2)
* A patient, positive, and proactive approach
* Excellent communication skills and a team-focused attitude
* A valid DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
