Service Advisor
Location: Watford, Hertfordshire
Salary: £28,000 – £36,000 OTE
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday with Saturday rota
About the Role
We are looking for a customer-focused and organised Service Advisor to join a busy Aftersales department in Watford. You will be the main point of contact for service customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience while supporting workshop efficiency and driving service revenue.
Key Responsibilities

Manage customer bookings for service and repair work

Greet customers and complete vehicle check-ins and handovers
*
Explain work required, costs, and timescales clearly
*
Liaise with Workshop Control and Technicians to manage workflow
*
Keep customers updated throughout the service process
*
Upsell service, maintenance, and repair work in line with brand standards
*
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally
*
Ensure job cards, invoicing, and service documentation are accurate
*
Work towards departmental KPIs including CSI and upsell
About You
*
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role (preferred)
*
Strong communication and customer service skills
*
Confident upselling and objection handling
*
Well organised and able to work under pressure
*
Experience with dealer management systems (Kerridge, Pinnacle, CDK, etc.)
*
Full UK driving licence
