Contract type: Fixed‑Term Contract (through 9 October 2026)
Annual salary: £34,007 - £38,379
Weekly hours: 37 hours per week
Responsibilities
* Provide logistical support to the Education Liaison and Outreach team.
* Lead the development and delivery of the Outreach newsletter.
* Coordinate the university’s Higher Education Fair attendance.
* Monitor and manage queries received via the central inbox.
Qualifications & Skills
* Proven administrative experience with strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication, literacy and IT skills.
* Strong stakeholder and customer relations management skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and analytic capabilities.
* Understanding of Widening Participation practice and challenges faced by underrepresented student groups pursuing higher education.
* Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom under the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006.
