The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, the firm is hiring an Associate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join its London team. This is an entry-level role with a clearly defined progression path into a Consultant position.
The Role
As a Trainee Recruiter, you will:
* Work closely with a senior consultant/partner to support live mandates
* Source and engage candidates using a range of tools and strategies
* Build expertise in the early-stage technology market
* Conduct candidate screening and interviews
* Build long-term relationships with candidates to generate referrals
* Use outbound sourcing, market mapping, community engagement, and referrals
* Receive daily mentorship and real-time coaching from experienced recruiters
