Your workload will include
* Managing plot sales from instruction to completion
* Liaising with the in‑house sales, commercial and management teams
* Be interested in developing your career further to eventually manage a team and help grow the business further
You will have the following background
* Managing a caseload of plot sales/new build matters
* Be 2 years or more qualified (PQE) as a Solicitor or Legal Executive
* Either private practice or in‑house
* Those with commercial attitudes and pragmatic minds will go far in this role and business
