Responsibilities
* Ensuring the EF School is set up prior to student and staff arrivals
* Managing, supporting and motivating staff
* Confirming all transport arrangements for student arrivals and departures
* Planning and coordinating arrival and departure events
* Preparing and delivering regular staff meetings and briefings
* Ensuring customer service goes above and beyond student expectations
* Managing payroll and ensuring all school paperwork is up to date
* Overseeing student welfare and discipline
* Handling problems and emergency situations as they arise
* Act as an ambassador for EF
Requirements
* Highly motivated, energetic, positive
* Mature, common sense approach
* Excellent customer service skills, communication & people skills
* Enjoys working in a busy & varied service environment
* Highly organised with attention to detail
* Ability to handle difficult situations with ease & remain calm & positive under pressure
* Flexible attitude to work and creative problem solver
* All offers are subject to a clear enhanced DBS check and two references
* Legally able to work in the UK at commencement of employment
