Accounts Assistant - Nr Newquay - To: £22-25,000 - Full time or Part time - Permanent
Trial Balance Consulting have been exclusively engaged to assist an innovative hospitality business who have experienced phenomenal growth and look set to have a very busy year ahead of them. The company is based in modern offices based on the outskirts of Newquay. They currently seek to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant who will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of many areas of the accounting function.
Role responsibilities of this broad opportunity to include:
- Administering day-to-day accounting transactions
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable
- Bank reconciliations
- Monitoring of aged debtor
- Input and maintenance of Sage based accounting platform
We’re seeking a candidate with a minimum of 18 month’s recently gained finance exposure, ideally spanning the full function. Candidates can be either part/fully AAT qualified or qualified by experience and should possess good IT aptitude (ideally Sage based). The role works within a busy, friendly and fast based department where excellent communication skills will be a must!
