Office Manager (with business private EA support EA management) Permanent Salary up to £85k dependent on experience Fully office based Financial Services Mayfair 1-OMEA/HE The Client: A fantastic opportunity to work for a leading global investment firm who are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join within the Private Wealth Division. The role is 50/50 split between office management and EA support. About the Office Manager Role: This is a pivotal role supporting a Senior MD whilst also managing a small, high performing team of EAs across London and EMEA and overseeing operations for the Private Wealth Division. Our client is seeking someone with strong people management experience, exceptional organisational ability, and the confidence and gravitas to operate at the highest level. Overseeing office operations: onboarding, seating plans, resource planning, invoice processing, supplies Supporting a senior MD (60% personal/40% business) Managing and mentoring the EA team (approx. 8) based across London and EMEA Acting as a confident, approachable leader within the team Candidate Specification: Prior experience in a 'lynchpin' role providing Office Management / Operational and EA support Preference for prior financial services or similar corporate industry experience Muck-in, collaborative and team-oriented attitude Experience of managing a team Experience in a busy, fast-paced environment Able to work independently and on own initiative.
