Duties
· providing secretarial support to lawyers
· answering telephone calls, transferring calls, and taking messages
· keeping accurate records of meetings and appointments
· organising travel arrangements for lawyers
· arranging meetings and managing lawyers' diaries
· attending court and meeting clients
· closing, archiving, and storing files
· assisting in the preparation of court documents
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a legal secretary or in a similar role
· Knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation
· Proficient in using legal software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
