What you'll be doing:
* Programming and operating our CMM
* Inspecting parts against drawings and specifications.
* Following inspection guidelines to conduct critical non‑routine visual, dimensional, mechanical and functional inspections on a wide variety of components.
* Preparing for and conducting the first article inspection of parts.
* Maintaining necessary inspection logs and writing inspection reports.
* Interpreting inspection findings and determining adequacy of corrective actions.
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience (4+ years) in a high‑precision CNC machining environment (3 and 5‑axis)
* Minimum 2 years in a Quality roles within a manufacturing environment
* Experience programming and operating a CMM (preferably familiar with PC‑DMIS software)
* Strong drawing interpretation and metrology skills
* Competent in conducting First Article Inspections
* Energetic, collaborative mindset with a flair for precision and problem‑solving
