Your role

As a Research Lead within our Insight Department, specializing in Emerging therapeutic areas, you will take a leading role in delivering large‑scale international research projects.

You will operate in a dynamic, matrix‑based environment, working closely with internal teams and clients to design studies based on client briefs, oversee product implementation, and provide input to generate high‑impact insights that support better healthcare decision‑making.

Beyond project execution, you will act as a senior cross‑functional contact point for quality and validation, ensuring that all critical stages of the research process are reviewed, aligned and formally signed off against high methodological and quality standards and consistent with the client’s brief.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and develop relevant questionnaires for healthcare respondents (including physicians, patients, nurses).
* Lead international market research projects end‑to‑end, coordinating teams to deliver on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards, while acting as a senior contact point for quality and validation across key production stages, including pharmacovigilance oversight.
* Serve as a main point of contact for clients for the duration of the project, building strong and trusted relationships.
* Analyse study data and translate findings into clear, insightful, and impactful reports and presentations.
* Support the delivery of research results including strategic recommendations to clients.
* Mentor and support junior researchers.
* Help maintain a collaborative, high‑performing team culture.

Requirements

* A Master’s Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Market Research or a related discipline, preferably combined with a scientific background.
* 7+ years of experience in quantitative market research within the healthcare sector.
* Experience working on global/international projects.
* Comfortable working with clients and colleagues across multiple time zones, and experienced navigating cultural and geographically diverse team dynamics.
* Advanced Excel (pivot tables, statistical functions, database management), PowerPoint and ideally Power BI.
* Experience with AI tools and digital methodologies to enhance research and keen to work in tech‑enabled, agile environments.
* Strong organizational and analytical skills.
* A naturally curious, rigorous and solution‑oriented mindset.
* A strong client‑service orientation and excellent communication skills.

Our values

* Strive for excellence.
* Fuel exploration through our diversity.
* Grow and thrive.
* Nurture our shared ambition.

These values guide the way we work every day. We place great importance on collaboration and authentic exchanges. We encourage people to stand up, move around, and naturally build connections.

Our benefits

* 27 days annual leave + 8 sick days per year.
* Hybrid working policy: up to 80 work‑from‑home days annually (3 office days per week).
* Enhanced maternity leave: 39 weeks.
* Pension scheme with 5% employer contribution.
* Private health insurance fully covered for single employees after 3 months.
* Income protection insurance fully funded by the company.
* Company mobile phone provided depending on the role.
