Key Responsibilities For This Head of Housekeeping Role: Lead the day-to-day running and long-term planning of housekeeping across guest accommodation, public areas and event spaces Maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness, presentation and readiness for events Managing departmental budgets, stock control and procurement with a focus on value and sustainability Play an active role in cross-departmental planning and delivery, working closely with Events, Facilities, and Maintenance teams Collaborating with Events, Facilities, and Maintenance teams to ensure cross-departmental planning and delivery Responding proactively to guest feedback and ensuring any issues are resolved swiftly Recruiting, mentoring and developing a high-performing, motivated team What They Are Looking For: Substantial experience in a senior housekeeping, estate management or similar operational role within a luxury setting A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Strong budget management and rota planning experience A calm and confident leadership style with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word and Excel Flexible, guest-focused and committed to going above and beyond A full UK driving licence is essential Benefits Free on-site accommodation 28 days holiday increasing with length of service Company Pension Employee recognition and regular reviews and appraisal This is more than just a housekeeping role, its an opportunity to play a vital part in the day-to-day running of a truly exceptional property.
