Responsibilities: Here's
what your journey with us entails:
* Day to day
responsibility for equipment, products, cleanliness and hygiene of the
premises.
* To
assist in the day to day running of the spa.
* To
see that all rules are adhered to.
* Responsible
for achieving sales targets as set by the Spa Manager.
* Must
adhere to training as set down by the Spa Manager.
* Be
responsible for keeping up the high standard of treatment and service.
* To
supervise and conduct the safety of users and equipment of the spa, and to
receive training to ensure that all relevant legislation pertaining to the
Health and Safety at Work Law and hygiene standards are implemented and
monitored within the spa.
* To
maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene as laid down by the
Spa Manager.
* Must attend all training
courses as deemed necessary by the Spa Manager.
* Maintain
a high level of courtesy to guests and other members of staff at all times.
* Ensure
that daily sales figures are accurately recorded.
* To
be adaptable and accountable for all actions.
* To
cover any further responsibilities including the Health Club and Reception at
the discretion of the Senior Therapist
* Ensure floats
are counted and balanced at start and end of shift and they are secure at all
times. Blind Banking procedures are followed along with all local and Marriott
policies and procedures.
* Provide and perform a range of high
quality spa treatments to both male and female clients as requested.

injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
* Complete safety training and
certifications.
* Ensure uniform and personal appearance are
clean and professional.

Qualifications:
