What You'll Do:
Assist, support, administer and maintain all end user IT and some network and infrastructure hardware and software triaging, diagnosing and resolving any issues, and involving 3rd parties where necessary Triage, administer and resolve IT Helpdesk queries and issues, closing out within agreed service standards and reporting performance. Configure/build/test hardware (workstations) Monitor system network reporting and escalating issues where appropriate Liaise with IT support organisations and suppliers for equipment and licence ordering and management. Review, manage and maintain Printer fleet and resolve print related issues. Manage and maintain telephone and mobile communication equipment and resolve all related issues. Maintain the IT integration of all other electronic 'devices'. Support the setting up users on domains, printer setups, hardware builds / installations and IP networking Install, configure and troubleshoot the Microsoft suite of products, specifically Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Terminal Services, Microsoft Desktop, Windows Server and Exchange experience, Microsoft operating systems (Windows 7/10 and Servers) MS Office under appropriate supervision. Assist and participate in the IT and telecommunication elements of business driven office moves and re-organisations. Undertake an IT Apprenticeship qualification
