Domestic Services Supervisor
The Domestic Services Supervisor will play a key role in maintaining high cleaning standards within a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct supervision and organisation of a team of domestic staff.
* Arrange cover for absences and untoward incidents and facilitate adjustment of work schedules to meet the service’s daily requirements.
* Ensure all staff comply with trust policies and are properly instructed and trained in the use of standard operating methods, equipment and techniques.
Requirements
* Knowledge and experience supervising a cleaning service.
* Experience within a healthcare environment is advantageous.
* Strong teamwork skills, flexibility and a can‑do attitude.
Schedule
Saturday and Sunday 14:00–20:00.
