The Role You'll join one of our site teams, working under an experienced team leader to: * Sand, restore, and refinish wood floors in residential, commercial, and heritage properties * Prepare and repair floors, including removal of surface coatings * Apply premium stains, oils, lacquers, and finishes * Deliver an exceptional finish and professional customer experience Projects range from modern refits to the restoration of centuries-old floors in stately homes and listed buildings. What We’re Looking For ✅ A genuine interest in working in floor restoration ✅ Punctual, reliable, and practical ✅ Good with your hands, attention to detail, and a team player ✅ Comfortable working on active sites and in client-facing environments ✅ Full UK driving licence and own transport required to travel to and from our Chester depot (CH3 7HW) – transport to site is provided by the company Experience & Pay Structure We welcome applications from all levels: * No experience: £2,250/month – £27,000/year – Full training provided * Some experience: £2,600/month – £31,200/year – Transferable skills or industry exposure * Proven experience: £2,800/month – £33,600/year – Documented work history in restoration or floor sanding Hours & Overtime Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:30 (42.5 hours/week with 30 min unpaid lunch) ⏱ Overtime paid at time and a half after 16:30 Weekend work available with prior notice, paid at enhanced rates Benefits Full training & ongoing development Company uniform Paid holidays Workplace pension Opportunity to work on prestigious, career-defining projects Apply Now Interested?
