This global law firm is currently recruiting a Associate/Senior Associate to join its Real Estate Finance team. The team is a dedicated practice area of the firm and comprises a joint venture between banking and real estate with specialist input from planning, construction, litigation, tax and other practice areas.
This role focuses on domestic and international real estate finance transactions. You will assist on a variety of transactions including acquisition, investment and development finance as well as the ongoing management of security obligations in respect of charged property and the discharge of security following repayment of facilities.
To be considered for this role you should have between 3 -6 years’ PQE and have strong real estate finance experience.
