Overview
Delivery Postie with Driving — Bowthorpe Delivery Office, NR5 9PD. Job type: Permanent. Hours: 30.00 hours per week, 5 days across Monday to Sunday, between 6:00 and 16:00. Due to operational demand, Sundays on a rota basis, 9:00 to 15:00, at Norwich Delivery Office.
Responsibilities
1. Deliver mail and parcels on assigned route, ensuring on-time arrival and accuracy.
2. Walk long distances and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
3. Provide good customer service and represent the company within the local community.
4. Maintain consistent and reliable attendance and punctuality on scheduled shifts.
Qualifications
* Upbeat, independent and self-motivated
* Organised, punctual and ready to deliver customer service
* People-person with a friendly presence in the community
* Willing to walk for extended periods and work outdoors in any weather
* Strong sense of community pride
* Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points

* A guaranteed hourly rate of £13.06p/h (paid monthly and adjusted to your working hours)
* Paid overtime at 1.25x for hours over 40 per week

Note: For candidate search purposes, roles offering between 35-40 hours per week are listed as full-time. However, any role under 40 hours per week will be classified as part-time in the employment contract.
