Salary: OTE £14.71 per hour, including tronc.
Hours: 40 hours per week, over 5 days, plus any overtime.
A Demi Chef de Partie role at THE PIG offers a unique experience, working with a daily changing menu influenced by our kitchen garden and local area. You will assist the Chef de Partie in overseeing one of our four sections and have the opportunity to rotate between sections to gain comprehensive kitchen experience.
Our chefs regularly communicate with gardeners, local farmers, butchers, and fishmongers to source seasonal ingredients.
