POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Director of Strategic Projects, the Strategic Projects Manager will play a key role in delivering transformational initiatives across the Business Capability function within Monster Energy EMEA.
This role sits at the centre of organisational change, driving cultural, digital, and operational improvement projects aligned to the wider EMEA strategic “missions” framework. You will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery while supporting the identification and shaping of new initiatives that enhance business performance and efficiency.
This is a high-visibility role offering exposure across all divisions of the organisation and the opportunity to directly influence how Monster Energy continues to evolve across the region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead and deliver assigned projects and workstreams in line with strategic priorities.
* Apply structured project management methodologies from scoping through to delivery.
* Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across multiple functions and markets.
* Maintain clear governance through regular reporting, tracking, and project updates.
* Collaborate with external agencies and partners to deliver specific project outcomes.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency gains.
* Support the development of new ideas, initiatives, and transformation opportunities.
* Manage project risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely resolution and delivery alignment.
* Create clear, engaging, and visually compelling project communications and materials.
* Support wider planning cycles, backlogs, and prioritisation with the Director of Strategic Projects.
* Contribute to workshops, meetings, and cross-functional working groups as required.
* Provide flexible support across the Business Capability function where needed.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
* Experienced project manager with exposure to technology, marketing, consulting, or creative agency environments.
* Strong communicator with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
* Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem solving and innovation.
* Confident presenting ideas and driving engagement across diverse audiences.
* Passionate about transformation, change management, and business improvement.
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving, and matrixed environments.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
* 3+ years’ experience in a project or programme management role.
* Experience delivering multiple concurrent projects across cross-functional teams.
* Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, CSM) desirable but not essential.
* Strong stakeholder management experience, including external agencies or partners.
* Experience in budget tracking or project financial oversight preferred.
* Degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, technology, or related field.
* Experience within a multinational or transformation environment advantageous
