Our client is a successful, directly authorised wealth & life brokerage providing a range of life and protection products to consumers on both an advice and non-advice basis.
As part of the growth, they are seeking to appoint a Partnership Development manager to spearheading the growth of the business through identifying, developing & onboarding partners for which the company can provide a full range of protection solutions and servicing arrangements for their customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building relationships, and developing strategies
* Identifying and Pursuing New Business Opportunities ideally within the wealth or mortgage market.
* Building collaboration with partners by researching and identifying potential new markets, clients, and partnerships.
* Developing strategies to reach and acquire new business.
* Negotiate terms and agreements with partners.
* Staying up to date with industry trends and competitor activities
The Person
* A minimum of 5 years Business development experience in a regulated business ideally within wealth, protection, or mortgage.
* Experience in partner development through a hands-on approach within a similar environment
