Technical Writer – Product-Based SaaS SME
Location: Remote
We are a product-based SaaS SME hiring a skilled Technical writer to create, manage, and scale high-quality product documentation. This role is ideal for a Technical writer with SaaS product experience who enjoys working closely with engineering and product teams.
Responsibilities
Write, edit, and maintain product documentation as a Technical writer
Create user guides, API documentation, help articles, and release notes
Translate complex SaaS product features into clear technical content
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to document new releases
Optimize technical documentation for SEO, clarity, and usabilityRequirements
Proven experience as a Technical writer in a SaaS or software product company
Strong product documentation and technical writing skills
Experience with documentation tools (Markdown, Confluence, Git, Notion)
