Job Description
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the manufacturing sector.
2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations, understanding their needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling efforts.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts.
5. Drive sales growth by promoting the company's products and services, highlighting their value proposition and competitive advantages.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion and differentiation.

The Successful Applicant
7. Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering is required.
8. A record of sales leadership experience preferred.
9. At least three years of sales experience required.
10. Experience in manufacturing a must (Automotive Industry, Deep Draw, or Metal Stamping experience preferred).
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
12. Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
13. Strong leadership skills.
14. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
15. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
