This flexible role allows you to work mainly from home, with occasional visits to the office just a couple of days a month to keep things lively. Reassessment work will be your main focus, all while earning a competitive £28.40 hourly.

What you will do
* Conduct comprehensive reassessments of individuals within the learning disability and autism spectrum to ensure their needs are met.
* Collaborate with other professionals to devise effective support plans tailored to each person’s unique requirements.
* Facilitate access to services and resources for individuals and their families, empowering them within the community.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, ensuring all sensitive information is handled confidentially.
* Provide ongoing support and advice to individuals and caregivers, promoting independence and enhancing quality of life.
