So, what does the role of an Insurance Account Handler here involve?
Every day you will be supporting an Account Executive with a designated commercial client portfolio, acting as their first point of contact, building strong relationships, and supporting them with queries as they arise. This role is perfect for you if you love customer service or sales as relationship-building with our clients will be the key to your success.

Commercial insurance Industry experience is essential for this role, the rest is all about you as a person:
* Most important is your ability to bring your best self to work every day to give our clients the best possible experience.
* Be proactive, use your initiative and show entrepreneurial spirit.
* Confidence to work with clients both on the phone and by email; experience in customer service is important.
* Work well with your team, have a positive outlook, be engaging, collaborative and resilient to adapt to changes.
* Demonstrate honesty and integrity; within a financially regulated organisation, and as the right way to be.
