This is a standout opportunity for a dynamic Veterinary Surgeon to join a thriving independent practice at their newest location. While the wider independent group is well-established and highly respected, this specific surgery is a fresh, state-of-the-art addition that opened its doors just last year. About the Practice & Location: Set within a vibrant market town in the South of England, famous for its historic racing heritage and surrounded by some of the most beautiful countryside in the region, this surgery is the latest addition to a successful group. ✨ Because the site only opened last year, it features a pristine, modern environment with all the facilities you would expect of a high-end practice. This includes digital radiography, ultrasonography, and an Idexx in-house integrated laboratory. The practice also offers dedicated surgical facilities used by both the internal team and visiting specialist surgeons in ophthalmology, soft tissue, and orthopaedics. About the Role and Team: The successful candidate will be joining a close-knit, supportive team consisting of the owner, a part-time vet, and expert peripatetic medical and surgical teams. While this specific location is new and building its caseload, you have the incredible backing of a long-standing independent group. This means you get the "new-build" feel with the security and support of 20 surgeons and 70 staff across the wider organization. It is a collaborative, non-corporate environment where clinical excellence and team pride are the priority.
