The Role: Deliver one-to-one or small group tuition in GCSE subjects (e.g. Maths, English, Science) Plan and adapt engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs and abilities Support students in building confidence, resilience, and academic progress Work flexibly in community settings, schools, or students' homes (where appropriate)Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential Proven experience working with SEN (Special Educational Needs) students Experience supporting vulnerable children or young people (e.g. SEMH needs, those outside mainstream education) Strong subject knowledge at GCSE level Ability to build positive, trusting relationships with students Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)Pay: £25-£30 per hour (depending on experience) This role is ideal for compassionate and adaptable educators who are committed to helping every child reach their potential, regardless of their circumstances.
