Morson Talentl, the UKs No 1 Technical Recruitment Company currently have Opportunities within our busy Grangemouth Office.
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant with at least 2 years experience, ideally the individual will have experience recruiting for Administration // Customer Service type vacancies. although we may consider someone from outside these sectors.
This role will be focused on solely filling requirements, there will be no requirement for any business development, as we already have a well established warm desk.
This will involve, advertising vacancies and sourcing suitable candidates using a variety of databases
Screening candidates & arranging candidate meetings and registrations
Assisting with interviews and providing information to candidates
General administration support: carrying out compliance checks and formatting CV's - utilising various client systems - ensuring accuracy
Responsibilities
* Fully focus on filling requirements; no business development is required due to a well established warm desk.
* Advertise vacancies and source suitable candidates using a variety of databases.
* Screen candidates, arrange candidate meetings and registrations.
* Assist with interviews and provide information to candidates.
* Perform general administration tasks including compliance checks and CV formatting across client systems, ensuring accuracy.
Requirements
* At least 2 years' recruitment experience.
* Ideally experience recruiting for Administration / Customer Service type vacancies; candidates from outside these sectors may also be considered.
* Ability to advertise vacancies and source suitable candidates using databases.
* Experience screening candidates, arranging meetings and registrations, and assisting with interviews.
* Strong administrative skills including compliance checks and CV formatting, with accuracy across client systems.
* Role is focused on filling requirements with no business development responsibilities.
