Overview
Work for Abacus Valuers as a Part Time Retail Stocktaker. Since 1988 we have been a leading provider of quality stocktaking services throughout The UK and we work with a wide range of well known high street retailers. Due to steady expansion we are looking for people to join us asap to work on average 3 days a week. Work can fluctuate and often far more work is available.
Responsibilities
* Stocktakes mostly take place Monday to Friday starting very early mornings (leaving around 5am).
* You report your availability to the Regional Manager and we plan your weekly schedule accordingly.
Working pattern and pay
* The length of the working day varies depending on client area of work within region.
* You are guaranteed a minimum of 5 hours pay whenever you work.
* The more flexible you are, the more days you can work.
* We also pay for your travel excluding the first hour to and from work.
Progression and training
* There are good prospects for progression to Stocktake Team Leader positions within this region for the right candidate. The majority of our management team started as Stocktakers.
* Experience is not essential as full training will be given.
Requirements
* Driving license and vehicle is a must for this position as you will need to get to the local meet points where you will then car share to the jobs.
